Was a really hot run in 96 degrees. I didn't feel great, most likely due to the heat. But, I was able to hold my pace through about mile 9. Then I started feeling pretty sick and was even starting to weave a little here and there. I had to dig deep to finish and our relay team took first overall. It was fun to be on the podium.

[I will write a longer race report later]

Wow, nice job. I didn't know you biked too.

Hey, did you see that you and I are in the Big Cottonwood video a few times. Pretty cool.

Rob - I wish I could say that I biked. We did the race as a relay and I did the run. I would like to get in to biking someday maybe.

I did see that video. It is pretty cool. You are planning on running it this year, right?

Yeah, Big Cottonwood is my goal race this year. Don't have time for anything else.
