Met Fritz and JP in Sugarhouse and followed them on a loop up 13th S to Wasatch, across Wasatch and over to Tanner Park, and back to Sugarhouse.

It was a good run for me with a decent amount of elevation. Legs held up well and I only felt a little soreness where I have been having issues during the last .5 mile. I was pleasantly surprised because usually the hills are what have upset it. Great base building run for me.

Your AM flexibility seems to have increased. If you can find the time, as many 9-11 mile runs on weekdays as you can do will be a big boost.

Thanks Josh. I hope to run each Thursday with Fritz et. al. as long as he doesn't lose another organ.

Hope to be back to averaging 45-50 by next week.
