10 easy on the clouds, aka Hokas. Looped through Murray and up into Holladay and back. I was surprised my legs were not too tired after yesterday's track workout. Planning on 20 or so miles tomorrow to finish off the week.

I ran on marshmellow technology yesterday also. Great shoes for easy runs and revovrry runs. Looking good James. It will be awesome to run together in Boston.

Thanks. I like the Hokas for easy recovery days for sure. I am excited for Boston. You will be way ahead of me, but I hope to meet up with some folks from the blog for sure.
