17 - 7:11

Met Jen and Brayden at Liberty and ran to Sugarhouse for a loop and then downtown. Tried to avoid having to finish with multiple Liberty laps. I felt a little more tired than last week's 17. Nonetheless, great weather. Great run.

If you never go slower than today on your long runs, you will make good progress. I have February 7 penciled in for my next long run.

Good to hear Josh. I look forward to running with you again soon. I am feeling a lot more comfortable at this pace. At mile 10 we were averaging 7:28. So, we dropped the pace a bit the last 7 miles.

Nice run. I have seen progress in just the few weeks we have been running. 7 is the new 7:30 :)

Hille - you will be back in no time and I will be hanging at your heals.

Jen - if I am fast, you are fast. Which, you are.

Fritz - thanks. I feel like I have been improving and hope the upswing continues. I appreciate the invites to join your crew.
