5.5 - leg did not hurt at all on the run. the pain that once was in the side has migrated to the foot. felt a little uncomfortable upon waking, but ceased prior to running.

Contemplating a 5k on Thanksgiving. Millcreek has one that seems pretty hilly. There is also one in Park City that my sister invited me to join her on. Looks like one will be 18 degrees at the start and the other 12. Decisions. Decisions.

Has anyone seen this video about Kayla Montgomery? Pretty amazing.

I like the other Sports Am turkey trot that starts at the Capital and ends in Memory Grove. The first couple of miles are uphill though. Any interest in a run tomorrow? JP and I were thinking for ~13 starting at 8 or 8:30. Maybe we could get Hille to join.

Fritz - I will see what my wife has planned for tomorrow morning and let you know. I for sure am going to run, just don't know how early I need to go. I will see if Hille wants in.
