Angie, I am shooting for it. What is your strategy? We are planning on 5:55ish in the canyon and then hold on!

That's about what I did last year and really felt it at mile 8. I'm not sure where I'm at conditioning wise really. I just want to feel comfortably fast in the canyon and really work it out of the canyon. I will try and hang w you.
