7.5 - 2 mile up, 4 progression tempo, 1.5 down.

I had not planned on a tempo. Was going to just toss in some strides near the end of the run. But, mile 3 ended up at 6:50 so I just went with it. 6:29 average - 6:50, 6:28, 6:27, 6:13

I might just start linking a video a day - This is why biking scares me.

Great tempo, I plan on working one of those a week into my training. Maybe one of our weekly runs can include that so we don't have to do them on our own.

Adam - thanks. It was rough by the end. I agree, it always helps to have others to suffer with.

Good tempo fo sho. You and Hille may just have to adjust your goals downward if you keep going like this.

Nice work James. The improvement is coming. You will continue to see the fruits over the year. Excited for ya. MIH
