8 easy/moderate on the parkway solo this morning. Legs never really felt snappy. Today is mine and Whit's 8th anniversary so it seemed fitting to run 8 miles. Seems pretty crazy how fast time seems to progressively fly by.

We had a good event on Saturday. Josh and Scott and their families came. We ended up raising a couple hundred bucks and everyone had a great time.

You get rained on?

I woke up to log some miles and it was a monsoon outside at our place so I went back to bed. I like running in the rain, but I do not like starting to run when it is raining. weird?

No rain for me. I understand the desire to not start in the rain. I feel the same. I like a nice sprinkle, but never want to start when it is already raining. Next time just run in place for about 45 minutes. I hear that is the equivalent of about 6 miles.
