DesNews Half tomorrow. I have had my sights set on a sub-1:20 half marathon and that is the "A" goal for tomorrow. It is a reach goal and I like that it scares me a little bit. PR is a 1:23.42 so it would be a big leap for me on a less aided, yet still aided course. "C" goal would be to get a PR and the "B" goal lies somewhere around 1:21.

Good luck to all those racing tomorrow.

good luck tomorrow. Looks like you are ready for that "A" goal plus it's a super quick course.

You've got this.

Thanks Fritz, Josh, and John.

John, we both are ready and if we stick together we will be sprinting across the finish with a clock reading 1:19.xx

Good luck tomorrow. This course should be slightly faster than Timp already (slightly more drop, slightly lower altitude, less roll, assuming the Timp profile is accurate), so I'd think you could've already run 1:22:50-1:23:00 here last year instead of 1:23:42 with a similar performance. Taking off 3 minutes after a full year of training seems doable. Go after it!

I think you'll do it James - or maybe just miss by a second or two. :-)

Thanks Collin and Rob. I appreciate it. Going to give it all I got.
