Finalizing my training schedule for St. George today. It will be a work in progress and I am sure some things will change here and there, but I like having the structure of a written out plan. I have some pretty aggressive goals that I hope I can meet.

Hille, I think it is going to end up being a 16 week schedule. The next two weeks I am not going to do any real "structured" workouts. I am going to do some strides here and there and maybe a progression run to warn the legs that some faster workouts are coming soon. Like you said, I think one of my main goals is going to be hitting the mileage and building endurance. We need to get in some downhill runs sub-6 before DesNews though.
