Morning heat and stretching session. The foam roller session from last night served its purpose I reckon.

Mid afternoon hot tub and massage with the jets. Two days ago my left peroneal tendon was tender to the touch. Today, I massaged it with the jets and it was sore but not painful. Good sign.

1 hour walk on the trails behind my parents house in Summit County.

I have never been good at stretching. I am recommitting to my PT and stretching.

For sure Angie! I know you said you were taking some what of a break, though you are still logging good miles, but are you planning on a spring race?

Ya I think I am going to run Ogden half this year then a few other Halfs here and there before st George. You?

Nice. I would like to run a few halfs as well but they always seem to fall right around when I am planning a full. I am going to run the Ogden full and then go from there. I will likely put my name in the St. George lottery again. I would like to run DesNews Half again to get the sub-1:20 as well.
