10 - easy breezy pushing navy in the stroller - not too sore from the weekend thanks to working on the fence from 7am (after the 16 miler) until 9:30pm.
worked in the yard most of the day yesterday. body is beat and needed rest. slept in.
10 - easy with Walker - slower pace than I have been running lately.
8 - 4 mile tempo in the middle - 6:16, 6:26, 6:20, 6:16
Takes too much effort to hit those paces but it will get easier
12 - easy and a little longer. headed to goblin valley this weekend so won't be able to sneak a run in.
