I made the decision this morning to sleep in. I have had a few little aches here and there and have been trying to catch up on sleep since last Thursday. I figure the rest will be better for me than an easy 6-8 mile run. I want to be caught up the best I can by next week which will be 16 weeks from St. George. I don't want to officially start my cycle already tired.

I got into work and watched THIS VIDEO of the last mile of a sprint triathlon with 7 guys fighting for the win and it really made me want to go run.

Good call today, I had a similar morning. You're already heading into this cycle in good shape.

That was a cool video.
