10 miles - 4 x 1 mile repeats sandwiched between a warmup and cool down. I went to bed last night hoping that I wouldn't wake up to a complete downpour. Luckily it was only drizzling so I headed to the track. Thankfully, Adam met me there. He ran casually around the inside of the track on the turf so it was nice to chat with him in-between each of the repeats and to run the warmup and cool down with him. I had a goal to run the first repeat at a 6:00 min pace and then run each of the 3 following repeats about 5 seconds faster, running the last one at 5:45.
