My quads and hamstrings are still really sore from the 200s on Tuesday and from tapering in general. I wanted to keep this run slower so I averaged a 8:00 min pace. My legs started to loosen up a bit after a couple of miles, but were still sore. Hopefully I am feeling a lot better by the start of next week.

I was feeling burned out earlier this week but I am back in the flow. Feeling good about the taper.
