22 miles - solo run all around Murray, Millcreek, and Holladay. I felt good overall on this run. I had a goal to not cruise the end home like last week and to just keep a pretty consistent pace and gradually get a hair faster. I feel good about my splits considering how many miles I have on my legs this week. 78.25 miles is the most I have ever run in a week. Now, I know this is not "amazing" to most on the blog, but it is a significant accomplishment for me. [update] As of right now I am actually on the first page of the mileage board. Didn't think that would happen.
