7 miles fun run this morning with Adam. It was good to run with someone again. I have had a lot of solo runs lately. We kept it casual with some faster burts here and there. It is always good to run fast with Adam because he pushes me down under the 6:00 pace. Opted for this workout over a tempo segment.
