Definitely. Tired and pretty much zero turnover. Last fall I kept up some hard 200s on the track so I didn't get too stale. It seemed to work.

Um, yes...Very tired. I think quick turnover on the track is a good idea to keep the old legs from feeling like a slug

Thanks. I will hit the track again once or twice for some quicker turnover. I know I went into Ogden 2 years ago not fully recovered. I don't want to repeat that.
