Met Fritz, Dan, Noah, and Evan at HHS and warmed up with a lap of Sugar House. We did a long ladder workout. 2x400, 2x800, 2x1600, 2x800, 2x400.

I wanted to ease into it and keep everything comfortably fast. I feel really good about how it turned out.

Nice control on the first half... and that's the way to finish it!

Thanks Jake. I appreciate it. Always nice to speed up as the workout progresses and not fall apart. Having enough in the tank for a 72 might mean I should have worked harder throughout, but who knows.

Better to leave a little in the tank and finish strong.

That is the motto I am trying to live by right now.

You definitely ran a smart workout. Great times!

Great workout. That last 400 was quick!

Jen - Thanks. I felt pretty good. Trying a different approach to my training this cycle. Hope it works out.

Fritz - Thanks. It was quick, and I was out of gas by the end. Was glad to be done. Wish I could have cooled down, but had to get to work.
