Big Mountain to Lamb's with Daniel. He slept in. I woke him 20 minutes after we were supposed to meet to drop a car at Lamb's by calling him. He finally arrived at 6:45 and we headed up to Big Mountain. It worked out fine to be a little later. This section of the course is often referred to as "the furnace" "the overn" and "hell." It is actually not that bad of a section by itself. However, it is pretty exposed and on race day happens to fall at the heat of the day for most people.

So, now I have run every mile of the Wasatch 100 course.

13 days...

Now you get to do it all over again... in one shot :-)

Sure Jake, right when I was glad I wasn't too nervous about it this morning...

You are well-prepared. And you'll get it done in a day instead of over the course of months. Much more sensible!

Thanks Jake. I am excited...and nervous. But then again, I get nervous the night before a 5k! If you are bored anytime during the 11th and 12th, you'll know where to find me.
