13 watchless miles. 

Felt good to just run and enjoy the morning. The weather was great. Rain had stopped and it was a little brisk, but felt nice. 

I guess it is time to ramp up my miles a hair over the next 3 weeks before the taper. I might even toss in a few doubles, which is pretty rare for me. We shall see.

Doubles are a great way to increase volume. I have a hard time fitting two runs in with kids and all the stuff that comes with the end of the day...but I bet you could squeeze in a few extra miles everyday after work. I'm excited for you! Your training is coming along great!
