Met Jen and Daniel at Liberty and drove one car up to 11th ave. Ran roughly miles 1-24 of the Salt Lake Marathon course. Solid effort the whole way. Jen is looking strong and is going to do great. I predict she will be crossing that tape and holding it high. Daniel is a beast and I hope he gets his PR. He is going to run hard.

I am going to say that I am officially past the rut I was in a week ago. I felt good during this run. I had a couple ups and downs, but felt strong to the end. We kept a solid effort and I was able to pick it up at the end. Hoping for another several weeks of solid training before the taper to Ogden.

Thanks for the great run. You have been such a big help to me over the past few months. Your training has been fantastic! I'm predicting a BIG PR for you at Ogden!

I am sitting here thinking to myself how crazy fit you are right now. I am jealous of your workouts even though I know they would be impossible for me. I am eager to get back out there. You're the man! By the looks of it, your going to destroy your PR in about 6 weeks.

allie - thanks. jen is for sure ready!

jen(ny) - thanks for letting me join. nothing like a casual 23 miler on a saturday morning to start your day. my prediction for you will be spot on. and, i am hoping the same for your prediction.

scott - you will be back at it soon. have you lined up an apt with a doc yet?
