Easy out and back from East Mountain. David Adams caught me with about 2 miles to go and we ran those in together. He was moving at a faster pace than me so I had to pick up the pace to chat it on it. He was looking strong and should have a good race at the Bear a couple weeks after Wasatch.

I am so proud of you James! Your training has been fantastic! Cruise to the starting line and you'll do just fine! Then we can run again! We are doing a 20 miler the day after your race right? 20 will feel like nothing after 100!

Thanks Jen. I hope to not drive more than 20 miles the day after my race! However, I plan on logging some miles with you before St. George. Even if it is just a short easy jaunt during your taper. I am bound to have some great stories of covering 100 miles!
