I feel really good about this past week. I had about the same elevation gain as last week, but got in more mileage and more time on my feet. Friday night was my longest run and I am pleased with how it went and how I recovered. On to another week...

Week Summary
6 day - all singles - 5 trail - 1 road
77.88 miles
10,756 ft. elevation gain
13:05 on feet

Thanks Jen. It is coming along and I am noticing an increase in my fitness. Slowly getting stronger. Perhaps in a few years I will be to your status!

You have made a nice transition from marathon to mountain running. Seems like you'll be well prepared for Wasatch.

How long will your longest run be?

Thanks Jake. I have felt like it has been a good transition as well. It came at a good time for me mentally and physically. I am looking into a mid-cycle race, but hope to have one 40-50 mile training run. Want to join?

Depends on the route... Teton circumnavigation? :-)

If you are ever doing anything in Millcreek Canyon during the week let me know. I'd be interested in tagging along.

There is a group going in August to circumnavigate the Tetons. I can't make it on that trip though. Would be awesome. I will let you know about Millcreek. I should get over there in the next week or so. Perhaps an easy pipeline run.
