Ran over to Liberty from HHS with Fritz and JP for a workout of 6 x straightaways (~.4) with resting on the bends. I wanted to start at a 5:30 pace and hopefully drop the last 2 a little. 5:30, 5:30, 5:25, 5:30, 5:41, 5:25. On the fifth one, my left leg started feeling weak like it wasn't firing correctly. It almost felt like I was dragging it along. I contemplated bailing on the last one, but gave it what I had and the leg felt ok. I obviously have some imbalance issue there, or something, I need to work out. Felt good to finish strong though and overcome the desire to quit early.

PM - 25 min on spin bike. Stretching. Foam Roller.

Good workout. Fritz is calling them 800s. Hopefully nothing serious.

Fritz and JP started a little earlier than I did. His were likely longer because of it. I don't think it is too serious. Hope not. First time it really freaked out on me.
