So...I wish I had more time to write this and maybe I will come back and add some thoughts.

Tomorrow is my big race for the year and one of the biggest in a few ways of my running "career." Sounds odd to call it that but I'll leave it. I am nervous and excited. So much logistical work goes into prepping for this race with drop bags etc. I am ready to just go out and do the thing I love, run! I feel like my training cycle couldn't have gone smoother. It now time to execute. Goal is to take it easy and have fun.

The tag line for the Wasatch 100 is "100 miles of Heaven and Hell." So, I guess I will see you on the other side after a day of running.

Good luck James! I know I've told you this on FB, Instagram, text, FRB...But seriously, you are amazing for running this! The hard work and dedication will pay off! Remember to think happy thoughts between miles 85-100.
