| Vancott with Fritz, Noah, and Roo. I was not feeling good. I ran pretty hard yesterday, but don't know if that was the problem. The climbs were torture and my heartrate kept spiking a bit. Not a fan of that.

| Met Scott and Brayden at 5 at Brayden's and ran up to the shoreline off of Mt. Olympus trailhead. Looped around and back to Brayden's. That was just over 8 miles. Brayden had to head to work and Scott and I tagged on two easy cooldown miles.

| Repeat of yesterday in that we met at Brayden's at 5 and ran up to Mt. Olympus trailhead. We added the loop today of the bst and then back to his house. I added 4 with the 2 miles to Brayden's and home. |

| Scott met me at my house and we looped the loop. I felt like I had run a 20 miler the day before. I guess that what 5+ hours on a ladder does to the body.

| Early rise to run in the hills with Brayden and Jake. Upper gate of Millcreek (still closed) to Upper Bigwater, Dog, and almost to Desolation...and back. Great morning. Perfect temps.

Lamb's to Brighton was the goal, but bailed at Upper Big Water and ran down to the gate. Brayden continued on with Daniel and got the full 22.

| Pipeline run with a good crew. I did not feel great and feel back about 5 min or so. Crew was gone by the time I got back to my car. |
