| Mt. Olympus summit at night in the snow blew my mind. It was extremely peaceful at the summit. First time up there in the winter.
Took the last two days off because of an all day trial I had yesterday. Glad to have that behind me.

| Solo up wire. Was quite the experience coming out of the smog and catching the sunrise. There wasn't a lick of wind up top either, which was unusual for that super exposed peak.

| Tyler had a 2 hour run planned in his training schedule and asked me to join. Was fun to get out early with him and run the streets of South Jordan. Clear morning with a great sunrise. I have not run that far at that pace in a while. Legs were pretty tight by the end.

| 9 with Fritz, Daniel, and Andrew from HHS. Was good to run with the crew again from Highland south through the mortuary etc. Good to catch up and I look forward to doing it more now that it is a little more convenient because of where my office is. Hoping to move back this direction sometime this year.
Was happy to clip off a few faster miles and I felt good.
