Large group this AM. Total of 9 of us for a quick loop. My legs were feeling it by the end. Combination of last night's late run and simply being a wuss...an out of shape wuss that is.

Had the day off and I have not run a marathon in a while...so

Guardsman's Pass across the crest and home. Mother Nature put on a firework show and I had a peaceful solo run mostly on single track. Was surprised I hardly saw anyone on the trail.
